01Who we are

This policy explains how Arthea, LLC ("Arthea", "we", "us") handles personal data in connection with the Arthea Affiliates program. It applies to applicants, affiliates, and visitors to the affiliate site.

02What we collect

Application and account data: your name or agency name, email address, country, VAT number where you supply one, the channels you promote on, and anything you tell us in your application or messages.

Performance data: the referral activity attributed to you (clicks, signups, conversions, commission accrued and paid), so we can credit you accurately and show you your ledger.

Payout data: the details our payments provider needs to pay you, including bank or identity information you submit through Stripe. We do not store full bank credentials ourselves; they are handled by our payments provider.

Technical data: limited information such as IP address and basic device or browser data, used for attribution, security, and fraud prevention.

03How we use your data

We use your data to run the affiliate program: to verify applications, attribute referrals, calculate and pay commission, prevent fraud, comply with our legal and tax obligations, and contact you about your account and payouts.

We rely on the lawful bases of performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the program, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

04Who we share it with

We share data with service providers that help us run the program, including our payments provider (for payouts and identity verification) and the EU VIES service (for free VAT validation during application review). They process data on our instructions or as independent controllers where the law requires.

We may disclose data where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

05Retention

We keep your data for as long as you participate in the program and for as long afterwards as we need it to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymise it.

06Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us.

07Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Your continued participation after an update takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
